New Year...New Me!

Here I am with three of my grands! I have eight grandchildren and one on the way! Today is my oldest Grandchild's eighteenth birthday which reminds me ......I'm getting older also :) But that fine with me because as time goes on I only get better...like a fine glass of wine! I learned that age doesn't have to scare us ...it's all in how you look at it! I have gotten my butt back into church and have grown in my Faith...never really understood why I left!! Also have given my spare time to volunteer at a Homeless shelter every first weekend of every other month ! I find that pleasing to my soul to volunteer for the homeless! I hope my new business as a (Mary Kay consultant) to grow! I started off selling the products to introduce good make up and cleansers to my granddaughters while also caring for my own complexion! My Aunt sold Mary Kay back in the 70's and 80's...she could be a poster model for Mary Kay ! My youngest daughter said to me after telling her I was selling Mary Kay...Mom that's old school products... my response, that in itself  should tell you, there's some reason why that is... Gotta be good :) If anyone in my area would like to have a party or even a facial ,I would be so excited to introduce them to this fine line of cleanser and ,make-up and many more products! My next new me is shooting also for loosing weight :( since Thyroid disease I've packed on the pounds! Now taking back control of my life!! My final new me will get back into Blogging. It's therapy for me to write :) Tired at the moment so keeping it short!    Yesterday is gone with all its problems. Tomorrow is not here yet; don't worry or even give thought to the problems that it might bring. Let today reign. Take control of today and make it yours without thought of the yesterdays or tomorrows to come, because today is a new day for you to SHINE
